Basic Court Struga

Basic Court in Struga is a first instance court with extended jurisdiction despite the competence established for the courts with basic competence areas for which they are established and to decide:

It is competent to decide as follows:
1 in offenses, including:
- those for which the law stipulates a prison sentence of more than five years for crimes and prekrshici committed by juveniles;
- to act on extradition,
- complaints and appeals procedures for which they are responsible and
- decide on the procedures for international judicial assistance defined by law.

2. in civil cases as follows:
- the resolution of legal property and other civil legal relations of individuals and legal entities, whose value is over EUR 15,000 in denaraska equivalent, if the law does not stipulate the competence of another court
- in trade disputes where both parties are legal entities and state authorities, as well as disputes on copyright and other related rights and industrial property rights,

- in bankruptcy proceedings and liquidation
